If you are a motivated paralegal ready to take on new challenges and contribute to a dynamic legal team, we want to hear from you Requirements The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Insurance Defense, particularly in the area of bodily injury. Qualifications: u00b7 Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability, preferred u00b7 Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred u00b7 Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed u00b7 Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities: u00b7 Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries u00b7 Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment u00b7 Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel u00b7 Must be task orientated. u00b7 Ability to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment Benefits The KD Difference: We offer competitive pay, top-tier medical insurance, 401(k) with matching, and much more.
