Field Site Project Coordinator

Coordinate activities of an integrated team of Navy, contractor and laboratory personnel and maintain schedule for the installation, maintenance and testing for unique underwater sensors and networked common computing systems.Provide field engineering support and assist with management of field support team for unique underwater sensors and networked common computing systems, their operation, evaluation and maintenanceParticipate in formal documentation through the development of test and maintenance procedures, formal work packages and training materials.Participate in system testing, training and maintenance onboard at a training facility, an Operational Training Platform and/or a US Navy Submarine platform.Perform liaison tasks with sponsoring organizations and prepare and present formal progress and status briefs covering on-going activities.Establish working relationships with vendors, program sponsors, project partner organizations, and system operators from the US Navy. Research and incorporate new technologies for system enhancements. Assist Supervisor and Engineers as required, travel as required.
