We partner with our Nurses at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a RN House Supervisor for our Nursing Administrative Team. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment in a leadership role. What you will do in this role: + You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hospital during your designated shift. + You will assist in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations. + You will provide supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of quality patient-centered care. What qualifications you will need: + Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required, BSN is strongly preferred + Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license + A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required + A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider is preferred but not required + Minimum of Five (5) yearsu2019 clinical experience in a hospital environment is required. + Two (2) yearsu2019 experience in supervisory and/or management role is preferred. Critical Care experience is preferred. This is a Full Time, Night Shift position. Shifts are 12 hours in length (approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Rotating Weekends and Holidays are required.
