You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction in various non-janitorial maintenance areas. Responsibilities + Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, landscaping, and minor repairs + Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly + Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs + Collaborate with the janitorial team to ensure a seamless delivery of services + Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs + Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records + Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Requirements INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: + Valid Business License + Worker's Compensation Insurance + General Liability Insurance + Federal EIN # + Other verifiable business + 18 years of age minimum + Favorable background investigation results + You can not be a sole proprietor
