Weu2019re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of field projects u2014 managing financials, risks, schedules, and people throughout the project lifecycle. This role is also responsible for supervising Project Engineers and maintaining clear communication with the General Contractor as needed. Top Deliverables in your first Year to be a Hero + Facilitate field needs and support seamless project execution. + Manage project financials and reporting. + Oversee project risk management to ensure success and compliance. + Interface effectively with General Contractors. + Supervise Project Engineers and Administrative Project Engineers (PE EDP). The Project Manager role reports to one of our Senior Project Manager Team Leads and is part of a collaborative team managing a wide range of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible position engages with all levels and functions within the organization. Your Background: What Kind of Person Will Thrive in This Role? You should have: + 3+ years of project management experience in the mechanical or construction industry. + Proven expertise keeping projects on track, on time, and under budget. + A Bacheloru2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field u2014 or equivalent relevant experience. Benefits Compensation: $97,000u2013$126,000 annually, plus auto allowance.
