As an Acquisition Analyst in the Delta/Division Action Group (DAG), you will provide a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operation, and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activitiesContingent Upon Contract Award and will be located at Peterson Space Force Base, COResponsibilitiesSupport the development of acquisition strategies, documentation, and milestone planning for PNT programsAssist in the creation and review of acquisition packages (SOWs, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, J&As)Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, DoD, Air Force, and SSC acquisition policiesSupport source selection activities, including evaluation criteria development, proposal analysis, and documentationCoordinate with contracting officers and program managers to ensure timely, compliant contract executionAssist with PPBE activities (POM, PBR, execution-year planning)Monitor and report on investment and O&M appropriations, including expiring and canceling fundsSupport preparation of budget exhibits and alignment of financial resourcesProvide acquisition training and mentorship to SSC personnelMaintain SharePoint sites and other acquisition knowledge-management toolsDeliver clear, concise, technically accurate communications to stakeholdersReconcile financial and acquisition data across systems and recommend corrective actionsUtilize tools such as CCaR, DEAMS, PMRT, ADVANA, FM-Suite, and Microsoft Office SuiteQualificationsMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance.Education: High School DiplomaYears of Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience to include:Experience with and understanding of PPBE, FAR/DFARS, and the DoD acquisition lifecycleExperience with Source selection and contract managementExperience with tools such as CCar, DEAMS, PMRT, ADVANA, FM-SuitePreferred Experience:Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years' experience in acquisition program/project management or business operationsAdditional InformationLocation:u00a0Peterson Space Force Base, COOn-site/Hybrid/Remote: On-SiteTravel: 10%Pay RangeUSD $121,950.00 - USD $157,817.00 /Yr.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesApply at:
