X-Lab System Administrator

Auria is looking to hire a X-Lab System Administrator to support the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE and based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, and plays a vital role in supporting the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a crucial part of the Missile Defense System. It provides a vital operational platform that allows the U.S. president, the secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and tactical levels to systematically plan missile defense operations, monitor battle progress, and actively control networked sensors and weapon systems to achieve global and regional mission goals. C2BMC provides a layered missile defense capability, offering an optimized response to threats across all ranges and flight phases. It functions as a force multiplier by connecting, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations both worldwide and locally to enhance overall performance.Additionally, C2BMC plays a key role in all ground and flight tests that verify and demonstrate the missile defense system's current and future capabilities.This position will serve as the primary point of contact for user interactions and issues. It will primarily support users in person, over a secure phone, via email, or through instant messaging (IM). Since this role is customer-facing, excellent customer service skills, along with IT skills, are essential. You should be comfortable diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with remote users on a daily basis. Additionally, this position will support MDA flight tests, focus on integrating R&D systems into C2BMC, and contribute to other ongoing X-Lab projects as needed.Essential Functions:The role also involves regular interaction with internal and external customers and representing the organization in providing solutions to complex technical issues related to specific projectsThis is a full-time position at Schriever SFB and is not remote.
