Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity EmployerOverview:The Office Administrator supports the Program and or Business Manager completing administrative tasks associated with the multi-year construction projects.Primary Responsibilities:Answer multi-line phoneGreets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customersAssists the Program/Business ManagerPrepares correspondence as requested by office staffAssists the Program/Business Manager in all aspects of preparation so client invoices can be processed for paymentAssists Subcontractors regarding invoicing questionsAccepts/Rejects Subcontractors invoices based on required documentation on fileAdditional duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required, or two years of applicable administrative experience.Experience with Davis Bacon wages and Certified Payrolls preferred.Must have experience following written proceduresKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must have outstanding grammar skills and experience preparing written correspondenceMust be detail oriented, well organized, and be able to multi-taskMust possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Requires the ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervisionMust be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products including, Word, Excel, and Outlook business softwareMust demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a TeamPosition requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervisionMust be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention for detailMust be able to type a minimum of 40-60 WPM accuratelyCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:N/ASecurity Clearance:N/APhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
