Auria is looking to hire a Network DevOps Engineer to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO.The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.As a Network DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing our CI/CD pipeline tools, including GitLab, Nexus, and Python. You will also handle configuration management, releases, and versioning of systems, and create automated pipelines to deploy new configurations into lab environments.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:Apply principles, theories, and concepts to develop innovative and comprehensive solutions for a wide range of complex problemsWork under general supervision, with results reviewed afterward for adequacy in meeting objectivesManage GitLab, ensure proper documentation, and reportingPerform data management using existing program tools, including documentation, training, and reportingAssist with release management as neededDevelop, deploy, and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for the NES ARTCreate, maintain, and present KPIs and other metrics related to the CI/CD pipeline and configuration managementCreate and manage a test pipeline across multiple labsPerform additional tasks as required by the programWHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated by the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve both the nation and the world.Current/active in-scope DoD issued SECRET security clearance5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) disciplineor a Master's degree and 3 years of experience,or a PhD and 1 years of experience,or 9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.A DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, etc.) is required to startAbility and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs are requiredEffective communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint and Visio)Experience with GitLab and GitLab concepts (such as branching, merging, etc.)Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processesProficient in PythonObject-Oriented ProgrammingWHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:A current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application is highly preferredA Computer Science Degree is highly preferredExperience working with Jira and ConfluenceBasic knowledge of network engineeringExperience creating and updating processes and proceduresExperience working with automation tools such as AnsibleDeveloping KPIs and tracking metrics, with experience creating reportsExperience working in a DoD environmentPrior experience with C2BMCPAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $105,000 - $115,000APPLICATION DEADLINE: The deadline to apply to thi role is November 27, 2025.THE AURIA TEAM:Auria is a provider of solutions and software in support of complex Space, National Security, and Cyber missions of federal, international, and commercial customers.
