Computer Operations Support Analyst

Auria is looking to hire a Computer Operations Support Analyst to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO - Schriever Space Force Base.The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC hardware, software, and networksDocument and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real-world eventsAssist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSOFocus on Lab and Test activitiesPerforms other duties and assignments as requiredWHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.An active TOP SECRET clearance is required to start.2 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) disciplineor a Master's degree with 0 years' experienceor 6 years' experience in lieu of a degree.DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, SCNP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, CCNA Security, etc.)Position requires rotating 24/7 shift work and will be assigned to a shift and assignment (Ops or Training) to be determined by mission requirements.
