Cimarron is seeking au00a0Facilities Project Assistantu00a0to support theu00a0Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area.Key Duties:u00a0- Assume various roles and responsibilities within the organization, including leading a team of escorts for projects, invoice and budget tracking, and personnel and vehicle passes.- Process personnel and vehicle pass documentation to ensure subcontractors have access to SSFB and MDIOC (8004/8600).- Draft, coordinate, and publish project escort schedules (8004/8600).- Create iWADs within the IRES online system.- Coordinate iWAD audits with project managers and CAMs to correct errors as necessary.- Maintain budget trackers for projects.- Track invoices for accuracy and timeliness.- Provide administrative support to the fiscal team, including charge number creation as required.- Support additional tasks such as TOSR production and CDRL production, as assigned.Required Skills, Experience, and Education:u00a0- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at the time.u00a0- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.- This position requires access to federal facilities.
