Cimarron is seeking au00a0Networku00a0Service Delivery Manageru00a0to support theu00a0Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area or at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.u00a0Key Duties:u00a0- Oversee end-to-end delivery and performance of network services across IL4/5/6 environments, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.- Define and maintain service policies, SLAs, and Service Catalog entries while coordinating readiness for new or changed services.- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management, including P1/P2 incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.- Manage demand, capacity, budgets, and vendor performance to ensure services meet mission requirements and contractual obligations.- Align network operations with DoD RMF, NIST SP 800-53/37, DISA STIGs, and Zero Trust principles while supporting ATO/cATO sustainment.- Provide regular reporting on service performance, availability, MTTA/MTTR, capacity, and customer satisfaction to senior leadership.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, resiliency, and efficiency.- Lead and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring knowledge sharing, training, and operational excellence.Required Skills, Experience, and Education:u00a0- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at the time.u00a0- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.- This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.u00a0If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID.- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance in a reasonable amount of time.u00a0- 12u00a0or more years of general full-time work experience (may be reduced with completion of advanced education).- 5 or more years of experience in network service delivery or operations for large enterprises (DoD/Federal preferred), including leadership of cross-functional teams.- 1 or more years of experience working in a management or leadership role.- Demonstrated command of ITIL 4 practices, including incident/major incident, problem, change, release, service level, capacity/availability, and continuity management.- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and executive reporting.- Familiarity with enterprise network architectures (data center, campus/branch, WAN/SD WAN, boundary security), observability concepts (telemetry, logs/metrics/flows), and RMF/STIG operating constraints in IL4/5/6 environments.- Active DoD 8570 IAM Level II (or higher) certification, such as CISM, CISSP, CAP, CASP+ CE, or GSLC.Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:u00a0- Active TS/SCI clearance.u00a0- ITILu00a04 Managing Professional (MP) or Strategic Leader (SL) certification.- PMP or PMI-ACP certification, with program or project leadership and reporting experience.- SAFe Agilist (SA) or Lean Portfolio/Architect certification for scaled environments.- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.- CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Service Provider certification (CCIE valued but not required).- Baseline cloud networking credentials, such as AWS Advanced Networking -- Specialty or Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700).- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science oru00a0Information Technology.Business Profile:u00a0Cimarron is a global solutions company with a strategic partnering approach to satisfying customer-driven requirements.
