Are you a DevSecOps engineer with at least 12 years of experience supporting software development tools and pipeline development? Do you want to be part of a team that is helping the government solve major national security challenges in the space domain? We need your help. Our team is looking for an experienced DevSecOps engineer that has designed, implemented, and maintained DevSecOps solutions in support of enterprise software development and delivery. This position supports delivering capabilities to the space community through the development and support of robust DevSecOps tooling, pipelines, and containerized deployments. In this position, you will be a member of a growing Agile team supporting the development of critical mission applications for the space community as a member of Parsonsu2019 Space Operations Directorate. You will work with software engineers and space analysts to create space situational awareness solutions for the space domain stakeholder community. Required Skills + Bacheloru2019s degree in a technical discipline with at least 12 years of technical experience; relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree + Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology + In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) including front-end and administrative functions + Ability to support and troubleshoot issues on common Operating Systems (e.g., MacOS, Windows, Linux) + Experience designing and implementing DevSecOps pipelines using common DevOps tools (e.g., Gitlab, Nexus, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Fortify) + Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include services such as VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch + Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Go) + Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment, and take the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English + Must be a US Citizen Desired Skills + Experience supporting software factories and related processes + Experience with application deployment in Docker Containers + Experience with Kubernetes, KNative, Istio and other container orchestration tools + Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet) + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) + Experience with access management and client account technical support (Windows Active Directory, DNS, Keycloak) + Foundational understanding of networking concepts (Firewall, WiFi, and VPN setup) + Experience deploying and configuring software in AWS GovCloud environments + Security+ certification + Ability to obtain a security clearance Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
