Accepts responsibility tocomply withall safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement. 2. Plant admin support for metrics and front line for production data entry, meeting/visitor support, etc. 3. HR admin support for employee training, coaching, attendance, and data entry. 4. Back-up payroll coordination 5. Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, reference checks, 6. Processing joboffers and new hire onboarding. 7. Employee Relations u2013 answer employee inquiries,provideemployeesupport. 8. Coordination of temporary employees, processing payroll, and handling of invoices from temporary agencies. 9. Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events. 10. Special Projects. 11. Performother duties as assigned. Qualifications 1. High School diploma orequivalentcombination of education and experience. 2. College degree a plus. 3. 2+ years of administrative experience. 4. Previousexperience in HR preferred. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills. 7. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel andPowerpoint. 9. Ability tomaintaina high degree of confidentiality.
