Job Summary: Delegates, supervises, and evaluates care as delivered by staff on afternoon and midnight shifts and on weekends and holidays as assigned. Responsibilities: + Facilitates a sufficient number of qualified staff to provide care, treatment, and services to patients. + Conducts regular rounds within designated patient care units. + Assigns patients to beds as necessary. + Identifies, intervenes, and resolves interdepartmental issues utilizing appropriate problem solving techniques. + Promotes customer service standards and a positive work environment via role modeling and through interactions with others.
