Job Description Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Under general supervision, this position performs technical and general maintenance work on facilities and building equipment, structures, systems and hardware. u2022 Complete all Work Tasks and PMu2019s in a safe and timely matter u2022 Participate in the daily morning meetingu2019s with the entire team to discuss the work to be performed as well as a safety topic for that day. u2022 Practice safe work habits in everything they do. u2022 Participate in weekly hands on training session on various tasks and equipment every Thursday. u2022 Ensure STAu2019s are completed daily before each shift and signed the following day before the next shift begins. u2022 Ensure all JSAu2019s have been read and signed for all tasks that we perform. u2022 Assist all service contractors including Otis Elevators, Urban Armor, Tremco, RTS, Cintas, and Unifirst as needed. u2022 Complete timecards daily at the end of that shift. u2022 Provide Weekly updates to the General Maintenance Supervisor of updates on all Tasks/Projects. u2022 Perform as a member of a 16 person Snow removal team which utilizes Trucks, Loaders, Plows, Brooms, Bobcats, and Rock Salt Spreaders. u2022 Participate in training for personnel on various pieces of Snow removal equipment including John Deereu2019s, Bobcats, Front end loaders, Trucks, Plows, Brooms, and Spreaders. u2022 Participate in the Fire Extinguisher and Emergency Eyewash station Program which accounts for more than 600 Fire Extinguishers and 38 Eyewash stations site wide. u2022 Maintain PM Books for all Inside Maintenance PMu2019s to include, but not limited to Secure Doors, Raised Floor Inspections, Turnstiles, Shop Equipment, and Building inspections. u2022 Perform furniture reconfigurations using five different types of modular furniture using more than a thousand different parts. Basic Carpentry skills (Drywall, Painting, Carpet) u2022 Ensure all Personnel have the proper Tools, Equipment, and PPE to perform all tasks. u2022 Participate in training sessions on advanced skills such as Framing walls, Installing Drywall, Finishing, Painting, Installing Carpet, Installing ceiling, Raised Floors, Doors, Concrete finishing, and Wood working to assist the general Maintenance personnel in developing their skills. u2022 Complete all HRMS, Fluor, and High side mandatory computer based training annually. Maintain the certification of CPR/AED. Basic Landscaping such as mowing, trimming, and watering. Trash and weed control. Using basic landscaping tools (Labor) u2022 Must be skilled and knowledgeable in the following areas. Hand Tools, Power Tools, Patching walls, Painting, Floor Tiles, Ceiling Tiles, Hanging Pictures, Laborer, Landscaping, mowing/trimming, and building shelving. u2022 Works with the Archibus team to ensure all Assets are accounted for as well accurately identified and recorded. u2022 Must perform snow-removal duties during inclement weather, which may occur on holidays, weekends, and evenings. u2022 Other task as assigned Salary Rate: $24.00 to $31.00/hour + Fringe $4.98/hour #Intel Basic Job Requirements u2022 A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local regulations u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors u2022 Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job u2022 Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements u2022 Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph u2022 U.S. Citizen u2022 Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program).
