This position will also provide input to external committees and working groups to help communicate National Grid positions and influence outcomes to the Companies benefit concerning operations and market integration. Job Purpose To provide support as a Business Owner to agile products that impact the Meter Data Services Group. Key Accountabilities u00b7 Ensure compliance with all applicable regulating agency and company standards and procedures. u00b7 Maintain close and effective working relationships with the CNI, Transmission Control Center, Distribution Control Centers, field work force, and IT. u00b7 Responsible for shaping the digital product roadmap for Meter Data Services. u00b7 Single point of technical contact for SMEs and stakeholders across all jurisdictions. u00b7 Advising digital project teams on user stories. u00b7 Accountable for the requirements of digital projects. u00b7 Attend conferences and meetings with peer utilities to perform benchmarking. u00b7 Verifying any potential product meets the needs of the Meter Data Services. u00b7 Support user adoption and training. u00b7 Drive alignment between NY/MA stakeholders and other Business Owners. u00b7 Collaborate and coordinate with IT around feature requests/prioritization. u00b7 Guide digital product teams during scrums and PI planning. u00b7 Build relationships with internal and external parties to affect efficient distribution and wholesale markets and integration to Meter Data Services. Qualifications u00b7 3-5 yearsu2019 IT application data center support. u00b7 ERS, MuleSoft, RIC, WSA, Splitter, Slinger, EPO, IEE, MV90, Pulse, Metretek, M2M, EAS knowledge required u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline, or relevant experience u00b7 Mainframe specialist knowledgeable with ESP, DB2, SAS, JCL, and other utilities u00b7 Experience with and knowledge of the operation of the electric and Gas distribution and transmission systems and equipment preferred u00b7 Proven leadership and interpersonal skills. u00b7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u00b7 Must have an operating knowledge of SCADA systems. u00b7 General knowledge of wholesale and distribution markets. u00b7 Proficient with ITIL processes and environment u00b7 2+ years of IT Project management experience preferred u00b7 Knowledge and experience in Energy and utility domain and technology/applications u00b7 7+ years of Metering system and customer/1(CSS) experience preferred u00b7 Experience in developing solutions with both custom and COTS applications u00b7 Experience in Agile delivery framework and knowledge of digital product lifecycle More Information Salary $133k - $157k a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
