A DAY IN THE LIFE While no two events are quite the same, hereu2019s what you can expect as a Premium Supervisor u2013 u2022 Ensure all suites are properly set before guests arrive u2022 Review guest orders and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions u2022 Supervise suites staff to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly u2022 Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels u2022 Handle any issues that may arise among staff or guests calmly and professionally u2022 Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event u2022 Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including client invoices and monthly inventory u2022 Assist the Premium Department with creating staff schedules in compliance with Oregon labor laws u2022 Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards u2022 Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements u2022 Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures u2022 Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment) u2022 Perform any other duties as assigned THE PERFECT MATCH We might be a great match if the below applies to you u2013 u2022 Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments u2022 Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere u2022 Work both independently and with a team; has strong leadership skills to manage and motivate staff (lead by example ?) u2022 Organized individual with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality u2022 Accuracy in handling data entry and correspondence with high attention to detail u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suite guests, staff, partnering departments, and management u2022 Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems u2022 Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs u2022 Experience in fine dining or a high-volume environment, providing a high level of support and service to both guests and staff required u2022 Supervisory experience in high-end food & beverage environment preferred u2022 Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled u2022 Enjoy free food (weu2019ll feed you during every event shift) - _Authentic Levy_ is the phrase that describes the power and uniqueness of Levyu2019s Vision, Mission, and Family Values in action.
