The HVAC/R Service Technicianu00a0specializes in HVAC/R equipment and can diagnose and repair various problems.u00a0The HVAC/R Service Technician's focus on client care ensures the client is afforded the best possible options and service at all times.Key Job Duties:- Client Care - ensuring customer satisfaction with the beginning, middle, and ending product- Diagnose and repair client equipment concerns- Conduct Point-of-Sale work for quotes of service i.e., unit replacements, add-on services, etc.- Submit detailed paperwork for each job conducted with all appropriate information complete- Coordinate with Service Dispatch to determine appropriate order of assigned calls- Maintain technical proficiency by attending classes/training/etc., as necessary- Complete quality control inspections of installations/service contracts- Request replacement parts, supplies from appropriate personnel- Perform special/complicated procedures/repairs indepdentlyu00a0- Maintain
