Tech Order Manager - Senior

MTSI is seeking a Senior Technical Orders Manager.This position is in support of the AFLCMC Presidential and Executive and Airlift Directorate (AFLCMC/WV) located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.AFLCMC/WV acquires and sustains special-purpose aircraft, including technologies and capabilities for command, control, communications, militarization, survivability and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and executes Foreign Military Sales (FMS) on common aeronautical systems. This position specifically supports the VC-25B program office.The person selected for this position will be responsible for managing the technical content and format of assigned flight manual publications. The person selected for this positions must have a working knowledge of AFI 11-215, AFT 00-5-3 and DAFI 63-101/20-101 as a Flight Manual Manager working within a Flight Manual Program with TOMA responsibilities.Responsibilities:Designs and develops system architectures and defines key capabilities and performance requirements. Defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements. Develops system element architecture and design and interface definitions. Defines system implementation approach and operational concept.
