Your Title: Shipping/Receiving SupportJob Location: Dayton, OH-OnsiteDepartment: Warehouse OperationsSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMDo you pride yourself on zero-defect inventory management? We're seeking a precision-focused Warehouse Specialist to take ownership of maintaining the accurate inventory of all repair parts and supplies at our Dayton Regional Service Center.What You Will DoThis position gives you ownership over key warehouse processes. Your work begins with receiving and inspecting all incoming parts for damage or accuracy. You are responsible for the entire outbound shipping process: preparing, meticulously packing, and correctly labeling various packages for dispatch. To ensure seamless operation, you'll accurately enter all customer and product information into the CRM system, and safely move materials throughout the service center using specialized handling equipment.ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of repair parts within the warehouse, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.Receiving Shipments: Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers to resolve any issues.Shipping Operations: Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing packages of various sizes, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules.Data Entry: Accurately enter customer and product details into the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records for tracking and reporting purposes.Material Handling: Safely and efficiently move packages and pallets using appropriate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.Collaboration: Work closely with Repair Services leadership and other team members to improve warehouse processes and support service operations.What Skills & Experience You Should BringMinimum of two years of related experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and inventory management software.Oracle PLM experience is a plusAbility to safely operate a pallet jack and lift up to 75 pounds at a time.About Your LocationTrimble's Dayton, Ohio site, located at 5475 Kellenburger Rd, Dayton, OH 45424, serves as a significant hub for the company's operations.
