As a Retail Sales Representative, your main goal is to drive sales of telecommunications products and services. Youu2019ll develop a deep understanding of our offerings, strengthen your sales techniques, and maximize results through strategic upsellingu2014all while providing exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Product Knowledge u00b7 Proactively engage customers to present and promote telecommunications products and services. u00b7 Recommend solutions based on customer needs, highlighting value and competitive advantages. u00b7 Effectively close sales and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling. u00b7 Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and commission goals. Customer Experience u00b7 Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. u00b7 Build strong relationships to foster trust and long-term brand loyalty. u00b7 Maintain high standards in customer satisfaction, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals. Team & Organizational Success u00b7 Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture. u00b7 Stay informed about company offerings and evolving telecom technology. u00b7 Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality in all job duties. Qualifications u00b7 1+ year of experience in retail, wireless, cable, or telecommunications sales preferred. u00b7 High school diploma or GED required. u00b7 Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. u00b7 Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems. u00b7 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. u00b7 Willingness to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius of the home store (reliable transportation required).
