Job Title: Product Manager, VascularLocation: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. Our focus is on the needs of the patient, and they come first in everything we do.What Youll DoThe Venous Product Manager is responsible for the commercial execution of venous marketing projects and pipeline development. Responsible for development of creative and strategic marketing initiatives that drive Imperative Cares mission to elevate vascular care, with a particular focus on the venous thrombo embolism (VTE) space.Drive the execution of downstream marketing projects including product launches, overseeing sales training, developing presentations and sales tools, conducting competitive analysis, forecasting product demand and providing comprehensive sales support.Lead and oversee upstream marketing initiatives, including in-depth market and physician research to guide product and market requirements, collaborating closely with R&D on product development and product lifecycle management.Analyze and synthesize customer requirements, market dynamics, regulatory pathways, etc. to develop strategic recommendations for furthering growth of existing products, identifying potential new products, and product enhancements.Facilitate collaboration with physicians, clinicians, sales teams, and R&D to ensure alignment with market needs and to refine product management strategies.Lead the collection and analysis of competitive product information including features, pricing, and warranty terms to inform strategic decisions.Actively participate in R&D design meetings to offer data-driven insights and provide guidance of best-in-class practices and effective marketing strategies that optimize product reach, streamline processes, and identify customer driven needs.Work closely with the other vascular Product Managers to align complimentary messaging, technique and materials across their respective areas of focus: PE and Arterial ThrombectomyConceptualize and implement innovative marketing programs designed to drive revenue and support sales efforts that increase market penetration.Represent the company at scientific and technical meetings, conferences, and other industry events.What Youll BringBachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product management/marketing/salesPreferred experience in the medical device/vascular field within product marketing/management Ability to work independently, using good judgment, taking initiative to accomplish short and long-range projects, anticipate likely needs, and recommend actions with minimal direction.High level of expertise in marketing analytics, with ability to influence decision-making and action across the organization, independent of reporting structure.Strong knowledge of technical aspects for similar products with expertise in offering recommendations for successful development of product pipelines.Strong teamwork skills with flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure.Self-motivated and self-directed; with a conscientious approach to work assignments; thrives in multitasking and fast-paced environments, with ability to shift tasks frequently.Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand technical aspects of a product. Ability to work as an effective leader, be flexible, adaptable, and to work under pressure.Excellent communications skills (reading, verbal, and written).Working on-site HQ in Campbell, CA.
