The Team The Strategy and Execution - Wealth and Distribution Technology team is team of seasoned professional within the broader Wealth and Distribution Technology organization focusing on alignment to business strategy, and end-to-end execution of project and programs Key Responsibilities Program / Project Management for ongoing projects with focus on technology and data project Building out business acumen and leading others while delivering results / business value Hybrod, onsite days per week in Springfield or Boston office The Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree + years of technical / software development / data Project Management experience successfully delivering across a variety of applications Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects and can work independently on multiple project tasks. This includes leading project execution across multiple parallel initiatives. Proficient in a variety of project management methodologies - waterfall, agile, and hybrid Works very closely with both business and technical stakeholders and seeks opportunities to improve the way we partner and operate Able to dig into project details and effectively partner with both business and technical team members. Drives in all phases of project life cycle Negotiate and influence to ensure alignment with strategy (both business and technology) Lead/consult on escalated support issues and root cause analysis Ability to influence peers, leaders and business customers Skilled in problem solving and analysis Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective relationship building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Ideal Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects that have short to long-term focus Assist with and implement agile practices that promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
