Schedule:Mon-Fri; 9am - 5:30pm ESTPay: $27 to $28.50/hourBenefits:Various health insurance options & wellness plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug)401k Retirement Savings Plan Including Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Life InsurancePaid Parental LeaveShort-term & Long-term DisabilityHealthcare & Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsDomestic Partner CoverageCommuter BenefitsLegal AssistanceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company Provided ParkingJOB DUTIES: Write and edit creative copy following our voice and tone and editorial standards for a variety of assets including print and digital marketing collateral, sponsorship and display ads and signageCollaborate with cross-functional client stakeholdersProvide clean, final copy documents to design team for layoutProofread copy in layoutto ensure accuracyCollaborate with stakeholders to write/edit copy to work within our established content and design guidelinesKey stakeholders for the above assets include the Client Development, Marketing & Communications, Talent, Pro Bono, and Alumni teamsRoute copy-related tasks independently while working within existing processes using our workflow management tool, WorkfrontKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail; B2B experience is a plusAble to follow and implement AP style and Goodwin specific styleStrong time management skills; ability to adapt to changing needs and project priorities, while consistently meeting all project deadlinesEffective communication skills with both designers and non-designersProficiency in industry standard programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Workfront or similar workflow management toolWho we are: In a rapidly changing world, the ability to innovate and break new ground drives progress.
