This role focuses on exterior drainage installations for both new construction and residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, technical proficiency with trenchers and Mini skid steers, and the ability to manage job sites from start to finish. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for someone who values clear expectations, steady work, and a team-first environment. Learn more at Key Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside a 2-3 person crew on drainage installation and repair jobsCommunicate daily with the Operations Foreman to maintain project timelinesInstall downspout conductor lines, trenching, and yard grading to redirect waterOperate trenchers, mini skid steers, and related power equipment safelyDrive company trucks to and from job sites (box trucks or trucks with trailers)Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sitesRead work orders and site plans; ensure compliance with project specsRepresent the company professionally with homeowners and contractors Qualifications: 2+ years of construction experience, preferably in drainage, waterproofing, or gradingProven ability to lead a small crew (2-3 people)Skilled with trenchers and mini skid steers (required); mini excavator experience a plusGeneral understanding of drainage, grading, home construction, and foundationsProficient with smartphones/tablets for reporting and schedulingStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and work ethicSelf-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious Benefits: $21-$25/hour based on experiencePerformance bonuses (quarterly)Weekly pay cyclePaid Time Off - holidays, vacationHealth insuranceRetirement savings program with company match after 1 yearApprenticeship and ongoing training programsYear-round employmentTeam prizes and rewards Schedule: Full-time, Monday-FridayStart time around 7:00 AMOvertime as needed (no weekends or holidays) Location: On-site across residential and new construction job sites in the local Columbus and surrounding service area Equal Employment Opportunity: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
