Sr. Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year. Job Responsibilities: Partner with the transformation team and corporate FP&A to support strategic initiatives. Build financial models and create EBITDA bridges to evaluate business performance. Analyze data, develop insights, and present findings through clear and compelling presentations. Track initiatives across multiple workstreams and assess financial impact and feasibility. Prepare business cases and provide recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making. Requirements: Demonstrate strong FP&A experience with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets and perform complex analyses. Communicate effectively and deliver polished presentations to senior management. Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles. Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Show experience in CPG or retail industries is preferred but not required.
