This position is paying $24-33/hour and begins right away. Duties: Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities. Plan, perform and/or oversee all repair and installation activities. Ensure that designated buildings and facilities are fit for business and events. Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders accordingly. Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment. Follows all company, industry standard and OSHA safety procedures. Performs 5S activities as assigned. Handles and prepares hazardous, industrial and lab waste for disposal. Maintains records related to chemicals, hazardous waste and/or wastewater as required. Qualifications Basic understanding or ability to quickly learn equipment and facilities to be maintained. Ability to maintain basic records and warranties. Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete and maintain records. Dock equipment Fork truck Air compressors Chillers Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical equipment Certified in HVAC, high voltage electrical, plumbing, as well as equipment experience. 3+ years previous experience Driver’s License Must be able to lift up to 50-60 pounds at times.
