This role involves operating both manual andsemiautomaticequipment to assist in the production of components used in manufacturing, along with otherrelatedassigned duties.Pay Rate$17.72per hourSchedule and HoursMondays through FridaysFirst Shift6:00 am to 2:00 pmSecondShift2:00 pmto10:00pmThirdShift10:00pm to 6:00 am*Overtime opportunities are available*MachineOperatorsDuties and Responsibilities• Operate a variety of manual andsemiautomaticmachinery, including milling machines, lathes, saws, and other precision metal-cutting tools.• Conduct quality inspections using specialized measuring instruments (calipers, gauges) and perform visual checks to confirm parts meet exact specifications.• Use hand tools, such as files and de-burring tools, to refine parts to required tolerances.• Detect and report any production errors or mechanical issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Technical Lead.• Follow established procedures and guidelines to achieve quality and productivity targets.• Keep work areas clean, organized,and incompliance with safety standards.• Additional related job duties as assigned by management.Machine OperatorsQualificationsandRequirements• High school diploma or GED required.•1 to 3 years minimum of previous CNC machineoperator experience required.• Skilled in the use of hand tools.• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.• High attention to detail.• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.• Knowledge of and adherence to safety policies and procedures.•Drug screening andnationwidebackground checkisrequired.Job TypeFull time,Temporaryto HireBenefits• Weekly Pay• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching toalleligiblecontingent and temporary associates.
