3rd Shift Production Coordinator - Starting $34.50/hour

Job DescriptionThe Team Leader position is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient manufacturing of products produced in the Bakery. Additionally, the Team Leader position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters. Each Team Leader is assigned a line as their primary responsibility but will cross-train for coverage purposes on all four lines. This position must lead by example and work with all associates to deliver team objectives of Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and dividual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
