Job Title: Financial Analyst - Mid-LevelLocation: Framingham, MA Key Responsibilities: Lead the Quarter Close Financial Reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate insights for our clients business sectors. Communicate financial insights to leadership, supporting strategic decisions with clear storytelling. Enhance financial reporting workflows for efficient month-end reporting. Maintain and improve financial tools, including currency exchange and cost savings analyses. Transition financial reports to Power BI dashboards, focusing on automation and visualization. Develop financial models for scenario planning and create new reports for budgeting and business metrics. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting roles. Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in Power BI. Experience with relational databases like SQL is a plus. Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
