Find your future with us.Boeing Test and Evaluation is searching for an Experimental Test Pilot to take the role of Chief Pilot, T-7 and join our team in Berkeley, MO or Edwards AFB, CA. In this role you will lead a team of highly talented test pilots in support of T-7A flight test and production in multiple locations.Position Responsibilities:Operates aircraft and manages test pilots and first-level managers performing aircrew duties, including activities to prepare for and conduct safe test flight operations; applies crew resource management principles to the operation of aircraftPerforms and manages activities to plan, conduct and evaluate ground and test flightsLeads aircrew activities to support design effortsDevelops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectivesAcquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops, trains and evaluates test pilots and first-level managersJob requires FAA ATP or Commercial certificate with the appropriate endorsements
