Description Schedule: + Mondayu2013Friday, 7:00 AM u2013 4:30 PM, onsite + 30-minute break Company & Environment: + Small office with 5 staff inside and ~14 in the yard + Total team including drivers: ~50u201360 people + Fast-paced transportation/logistics environment Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and manage schedules for 35u201340 drivers, creating schedules two days in advance + Ensure driver assignments are accurate and communicate changes efficiently + Maintain detailed paperwork and documentation, including logs, reports, and delivery records + Collaborate closely with a small dispatch team of 2 and office staff + Support administrative tasks, reporting, and record-keeping + Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in-person with drivers and management + Adapt quickly to changes and handle multiple priorities Requirements Requirements: + Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas for scheduling, reporting, and data tracking + Detail-oriented and organized + Spanish language skills helpful but not required + Comfortable working onsite in a small office and yard environment TalentMatchu00ae u00adRobert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
