This role involves working within women's health, family practice, and pediatrics, ensuring seamless operations through accurate insurance verification, documentation, and referrals. Responsibilities + Oversee day-to-day clinic operations in a high-volume setting. + Ensure accuracy in insurance verification and documentation processes. + Manage and facilitate patient referrals efficiently. + Provide support and supervision to clinic staff. + Implement and maintain clinic protocols and procedures. Essential Skills + MA diploma required. + Leadership experience from a family practice. + Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently. + Strong administrative skills. Work Environment The work environment is fast-paced and high-volume, with a large number of Spanish-speaking patients. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynwood, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00/hr.
