Description We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to oversee and optimize financial systems and processes within our organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements in system performance and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance systems management, process design, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the design and implementation of finance process improvements, including mapping, monitoring, and optimization. u2022 Identify opportunities for enhancing financial systems and recommend best practices to support organizational goals. u2022 Manage end-to-end finance processes and applications, ensuring seamless operation and integration. u2022 Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of finance solutions and workflows. u2022 Coordinate with IT and data teams to prioritize critical business projects and system enhancements. u2022 Ensure the accuracy of master data within finance applications to support reliable reporting. u2022 Oversee system integrations for financial applications, addressing issues and ensuring functionality. u2022 Support the accounting team in resolving system-related challenges during monthly and annual close processes. u2022 Act as the administrator for all finance systems, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption. u2022 Monitor system performance, data integrity, and process efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. u2022 At least 5 years of experience in finance strategy, systems management, and process improvement. u2022 Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, and Shopify. u2022 Experience with financial reporting tools, including Vena Solutions and Microsoft SQL. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. u2022 Proven ability to manage projects spanning multiple departments and entities. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior executives. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
