Adecco is partnering with a client in Wappingers NY and is seeking a skilled Inventory/Receiving Specialists to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidates will bring strong experience in inventory control, cycle counting, receiving processes, and RF scanner use. Candidates must also have proven forklift operating experience. Responsibilities + Perform inventory control tasks, including tracking, labeling, and verifying stock levels + Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records + Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments + Utilize RF scanners to manage and document inventory movements + Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and organize materials + Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods + Maintain organized storage areas and ensure products are properly labeled + Support warehouse staff and supervisors with additional tasks as needed + Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies Requirements + Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control and cycle counting + Strong RF scanner experience required + Forklift experience required (certification preferred) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills + Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shift + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
