Marketing Manager Job Category: Communications Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead high-impact work within the Corporate Communications organization, operating as a modern in-house agency partner to the business. This role collaborates closely with Strategic Communications, Creative, Events, and Operations to deliver integrated programs that elevate the companyu2019s brand, support growth priorities, and strengthen the companyu2019s reputation. The successful candidate will be a part of the Marketing team within the companyu2019s Corporate Communications department, and report directly to the Director, Marketing. This role is based in Reston, Virginia and requires on site work three days a week. Responsibilities: u2022 Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs to support the company and market objectives. u2022 Translate business goals into campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and measurable KPIs. u2022 Coordinate with Strategic Communications, Creative, Events, and Operations to ensure alignment and on-time delivery. u2022 Use data to evaluate program effectiveness; recommend improvements and best practices. u2022 Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance requirements. u2022 Coach junior team members and cross-functional partners on process and best practices. Competencies include the following: u2022 Ability to connect market insights to business outcomes. u2022 Leadership presence, influence, and sound judgment. u2022 Operational disciplineu2014prioritization, planning, and resource management. u2022 Ability to produce in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. u2022 Creativity, curiosity, and a bias for action. u2022 Collaborate with the market and BD teams to create integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that support pipeline acceleration. u2022 Lead development of multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, content syndication, webinars, paid media). u2022 Manage content strategy for the government market u2014 including capability statements, white papers, solution briefs, and thought leadership pieces. u2022 Develop and own the B2G marketing strategies aligned with market goals, sales targets, and contract opportunities Qualifications: _Required:_ u2022 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in B2G, GovTech, or defense-sector marketing. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or a related field. u2022 Ability to set strategy and tactical action plans and adapt as needed. u2022 Exceptional oral and written communication skills for multiple audiences across the company. u2022 Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools _Desired:_ u2022 Masteru2019s degree or relevant certifications. u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead cross-function projects - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
