Description We are looking for a highly skilled Attorney with expertise in insurance defense litigation to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This role requires a motivated legal expert who can handle complex cases, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality legal solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle insurance defense cases, including no-fault claims and other related matters. u2022 Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories. u2022 Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies. u2022 Analyze case details to provide accurate legal advice and recommendations. u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. u2022 Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work. u2022 Stay updated on changes in insurance and civil litigation laws. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense. u2022 Active license to practice law in the state of Michigan. u2022 Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents. u2022 Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and litigation processes. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. u2022 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. u2022 Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
