The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration, analysis, and optimization of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting employee understanding and engagement with their benefits. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Responsible for managing vendor relationships, including benefit carriers, wellness program providers, and third party administrators. u00b7 Prepare and maintain benefits documentation, including plan summaries and employee communications. u00b7 Assist in annual open enrollment processes, including system setup, employee education, and troubleshooting. u00b7 Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits coverage and claims. u00b7 Collaborate with third-party vendor to manage and administer leave programs, including FMLA and disability leaves. u00b7 Support audits and regulatory filings related to benefits programs. u00b7 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA). u00b7 Assist in researching market trends and benchmark data to recommend improvements or new offerings. Qualifications: u00b7 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. u00b7 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a manufacturing u00b7 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP). u00b7 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
