CVOR Registered Nurse u2013 Operating Room u2013 40 Hours/Week u2013 Day Shift Eligible for full-time benefits Shift: Two 8 hour shifts and two 12 hour shifts per week GENERAL SUMMARY u00b7 Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. u00b7 Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. u00b7 Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. u00b7 Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
