What Youu2019ll Do in This Role As a COTA with Elara Caring, youu2019ll help patients rebuild the skills they need to live safely and confidently at home. Every visit is an opportunity to make progress thatu2019s personal and meaningful. You will: + Implement individualized care plans created by the Occupational Therapist + Deliver one-on-one treatment and adjust interventions based on patient response + Provide education that empowers patients and caregivers long after each session + Partner with OTs, nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care + Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards + Support patient safety and help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations What Youu2019ll Bring to the Team + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program + Active, unrestricted state COTA license + At least one year of clinical experience preferred + Reliable vehicle, driveru2019s license, and current auto insurance + Ability to travel between Ann Arbor and Canton + Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers (50u2013100 lbs) Ready for a Role with More Purposeu2014and More Balance?
