This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can push back when necessary and advocate for the best customer experience. The ideal candidate should be a driver capable of gathering and documenting requirements, working with stakeholders, and presenting insights to leadership.nnResponsibilities:n Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented and implementedn Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flowsn Use JIRA to track progress and manage requirements efficientlyn Present insights and updates to leadership, including quarterly bot pod performance and future plansn Advocate for optimal customer experiences by pushing back on requests that may not align with best practicesn Work closely with bot owners and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward
