If you are an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with experience in development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedule networks, this job is for you In this role, you willu2026. u2022 Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels, while working with the entire planning team to ensure customer requirements are met u2022 Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Product Teams schedules that accurately reflect program scope and resources required to execute the program plan u2022 Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly collaborating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team u2022 Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management Our level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of experience. #LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic Qualifications: u2022 3+ years of prior experience working in a planning, scheduling, operations, or manufacturing capacity. u2022 Experience using Open Plan, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling tool u2022 Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel u2022 Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Bachelors degree from an accredited college u2022 Active TS/SCI security clearance u2022 Strong experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience u2022 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance u2022 Experience with @Risk, OnePager Pro/Express u2022 Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, and Performance Measurement/Reporting u2022 Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers u2022 Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team u2022 Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines u2022 Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality - - - To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters a work environment that encourages big-picture thinking. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
