The Work - Frontu2011End Development u2013 Build responsive UI components using React / Angular and implement reusable UI kits. - Backu2011End / Middleware u2013 Develop realu2011time datau2011pipeline adapters to ingest sensor, AI/ML, and telemetry feeds. Write highu2011performance services for native console displays and HMI extensions. Integrate with AWS services. - DevSecOps & CI/CD u2013 Own the CI/CD pipelines that build, test, and deploy UI packages. - Testing & Validation u2013 Write unit, integration, and UIu2011automation tests. - Collaboration u2013 Participate in SAFe Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos. Produce design specs, API docs, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Advisory Board to validate that UI meets missionu2011critical detectionu2011predictionu2011responseu2011recovery workflows. We are seeking UX Software Engineers who can translate complex sensor and analytics streams into intuitive, missionu2011focused visual experiences for a nonu2011DoD customer. You will work closely with system architects, software engineers, AI/ML specialists, and the Advisory Board to ensure the interface supports the full Detection u2192 Prediction u2192 Response u2192 Recovery workflow. Basic Qualifications: - Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (M.S. preferred). - 3+years professional software development; at least 3years building missionu2011critical HMI/C2 interfaces or realu2011time dashboards. - Proficiency in C++ (Qt) or C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML5/CSS3. - Strong experience with React or Angular, UIu2011state management (Redux, NgRx), and WebGL/Three.js for 3u2011D visualizations. - Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and using static/dynamic security tooling. - Experience with Unit test frameworks and UI-automation Agile/SAFe execution, JIRA/Confluence, and ability to produce clear technical documentation. Desired Skills: - Prior work on C2/Commandu2011andu2011Control or operator console systems for aerospace, cyberu2011defense, or critical infrastructure. - Handsu2011on data integration experience with Kafka, MQTT, AWS Kinesis/AppSync, REST/GraphQL, and experience handling highu2011velocity streaming data. - Experience with AWS services and Infrastructureu2011asu2011Code. - Familiarity with MBSE tools (Cameo u2192 DOORSNEXT) and the ability to surface modelu2011derived data in the UI. - Background in AI/ML explainability visualizations integrated into the operator dashboard. - Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect u2013 Professional, IAAP CPACC (accessibility), or CISSP (security). Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $107,300 - $185,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
