You will be part of our rapidly growing Infrastructure Design Department, which includes structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects. District Overview Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design Build Management team are driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects to manage their multi-disciplined design teams to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-driven engineers analyze root causes and resolve design issues before they impact schedule and budget. Particularly on large design-build projects, clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. Location This position is be based out of Kiewit's Lone Tree, CO Campus. Opportunities for Flexible working are available. Responsibilities u2022 Providing and/or overseeing critical path method scheduling (via Primavera) for INF construction projects. u2022 Developing schedules for estimates and current projects. u2022 Perform company scheduling procedures and reporting. u2022 Coordination with project teams to assess reporting and identify risk and create accurate forecasts. u2022 Providing scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate project risk. Qualifications u2022 4+ yearsu2019 experience in Primavera (P6) Scheduling preferred u2022 Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree u2022 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications u2022 Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel u2022 Strong written and verbal communications skills u2022 Demonstrated work ethic u2022 The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment u2022 The ability to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done u2022 Occasional extended assignments at other sites are possible u2022 Ability to relocate based on business needs u2022 Must meet the requirements of eligibility to work on Federal Projects #LI-TSCOTT Other Requirements: u2022 Regular, reliable attendance u2022 Work productively and meet deadlines timely u2022 Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment u2022 Perform work safely and effectively.
