SAP Concur Travel SME Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: NACI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Anticipated Posting End: There is not an anticipated end date for this posting since applications are needed on an ongoing basis. The Opportunity: CACI is seeking candidates with SAP Concur travel experience to support a federal client working in either our Reston, Virginia, or Denver, Colorado office. The qualified candidate will have experience with both implementation and O&M support and possess good customer skills and familiarity with SAP Concur-related business processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Defect Resolution, including documentation, configuration, and testing u2022 End User Support u2022 System Enhancements, including documentation, configuration, and testing u2022 Status Reporting weekly u2022 Lead meetings to coordinate all the above activities u2022 Serve as SAP functional expert on the business process team with primary focus on Travel Module and a secondary focus on Accounts Payable (FI) u2022 Support API-based and custom interfaces u2022 Troubleshoot production issues in the travel system and S4 travel module u2022 Play a lead role in the successful deployment of new or modified RICEF objects assigned to the position, including but not limited to FDS development, TDS review, unit test case development/review, integration test case development, batch job testing, etc. u2022 Participate in Blueprint workshops to assess existing module functionality and perform gap analysis to identify new development or configuration changes u2022 Create or modify Functional Design Specification documentation u2022 Perform and support Travel testing efforts u2022 Provide end-user helpdesk support in the production environment of SAP S4 and GO.gov solution u2022 Author change requests as needed for either break-fix or enhancements in a production environment, including documenting change requests, testing, and migrating the change through the landscape. u2022 Analyze and decompose complex business requirements u2022 Architect solutions to meet business requirements u2022 Provide thought leadership on new and emerging SAP technologies and the alignment to customersu2019 strategic and near-term roadmaps and plans u2022 Provide scope and effort assessments for all maintenance and enhancement change requests u2022 Participate in solution reviews and walk-throughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions u2022 Document requirements, create functional specifications, and system configuration documents. u2022 Configure and test the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications u2022 Develop training materials for end users. u2022 Provide Level 2 support of reported incidents. Qualifications: _Required:_ u2022 Demonstrated experience as SAP Concur SME; 8-10 years, public sector preferred u2022 Demonstrated experience in Federal Industry; 8-10 years u2022 General knowledge of MS Office Suite u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills u2022 Bachelor's degree u2022 Ability to obtain a NACI Public Trust clearance _Desired:_ u2022 SAP Funds Management u2022 Ability to create technical documentation content and templates This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
