Data/Information Architect

Description We are looking for an experienced Data/Information Architect to join our team in Janesville, Wisconsin, on a contract-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions that ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility. This position requires a strong understanding of data mapping, report building, and integration tools to support the organization's data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and maintain complex reports and queries to support data analysis and business intelligence needs. u2022 Perform detailed data mapping to identify sources, logic, and relationships within the organizationu2019s data environment. u2022 Utilize Azure Data Factory and other integration tools to streamline data integration processes. u2022 Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data cleansing and validation techniques. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data architectures using Microsoft technologies. u2022 Work with D365 and other cloud ERP systems to enhance data management capabilities. u2022 Leverage Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization. u2022 Optimize the organizationu2019s use of Snowflake and other data platforms to improve performance. u2022 Implement ETL processes to support data migration and transformation efforts. u2022 Provide technical expertise in managing and improving the organization's Microsoft-based data environment. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture or related roles. u2022 Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using Microsoft technologies. u2022 Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory and D365 integrations. u2022 Demonstrated ability to write and optimize complex queries using SQL Server. u2022 Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. u2022 Familiarity with Snowflake and other modern data platforms. u2022 Extensive knowledge of data cleansing, mapping, and ETL processes. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
