SAP-B1 Director of Integration

Description We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager (SAP-B1 specifically) to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ERP analytics, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead cross-functional collaboration to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with business goals. u2022 Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution. u2022 Develop and oversee training programs to support continuous improvement and user adoption of ERP analytics systems. u2022 Manage vendor and consultant relationships to ensure alignment with organizational strategies. u2022 Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. u2022 Define and implement enterprise-wide analytics strategies, including predictive and prescriptive analytics. u2022 Drive digital transformation initiatives, such as AI-driven analytics and automation. u2022 Lead the development of business intelligence reports and visualization platforms using tools like Tableau. u2022 Translate business requirements into actionable insights to support decision-making. u2022 Ensure data security, backup protocols, and disaster recovery procedures are robust and effective. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP analytics and digital transformation. u2022 Strong knowledge of SAP B1 (Business One) and SAP Analytics Cloud. u2022 Proficiency in tools such as Tableau and predictive analytics platforms. u2022 Advanced skills in business application programming (e.g., ABAP). u2022 Proven ability to manage change and deliver results in a matrix environment. u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management. u2022 Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and traditional project management approaches. u2022 Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in computer science, IT, business, or a related field.
