HR Generalist

Description Robert half is partnering with a client in the recruiting for an HR Generalist to join their team. You will join a collaborative team with great HR support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizationu2019s daily HR operations. Youu2019ll take primary responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation management and analysis, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and best-in-class employee experience. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the selection and hiring procedures. + Oversee onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition by handling orientation sessions, benefits enrollment, paperwork, and IT/account setup. + Administer benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401k, leave), act as point-of-contact for employee questions, and coordinate with providers to resolve benefit-related issues. + Serve as an employee relations resource; address questions, concerns, and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner; counsel managers on HR policies and best practices. + Supporting accounting with payroll and HR related questions. + Assist with employee recognition and engagement events. + Reviewing the duties, responsibilities, and qualifications for each role. + Making informed recommendations for salary adjustments, incentive pay, bonuses, and benefits. + Support compliance initiatives related to labor laws, company policies, and documentation requirements. + Partner closely with the HR team to streamline processes, share insights, and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred. u2022 Strong knowledge of human resources administration, including policies, systems, and compliance. u2022 Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. u2022 Familiarity with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting inquiries. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management. u2022 Expertise in payroll systems, particularly ADP, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Knowledge of ADA accommodations and compliance requirements.
