BIM Designer

Job Title: BIM Designer Job Description We are seeking a skilled BIM Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing contract documents, developing 3D BIM models, and managing various aspects of model layout and coordination. Responsibilities + Review contract documents to provide bid estimates. + Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations to develop detailed submittal drawings. + Develop 3D BIM models for structures, building components, cladding, or panel facades. + Manage all aspects of model layout, input, coordination, submittal drawing creation, and as-built documentation for assigned projects. + Train a team of Revit modelers. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. + Strong skills in 3D modeling. + Solid understanding of architecture and construction documents. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's degree in architectural drafting or related field. + Experience with Revit. + 3+ years of experience with BIM modeling. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Luxemburg, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
